Brian Aucoin started Aleambre Consulting in 2008 after a diverse career that includes: developing software, producing 3D animations, developing training programs, conducting classroom instruction, managing a small business, as well as being a former a pilot in the military.

Brian is an efficient, results-oriented senior program/project management consultant with over two decades of experience. He possesses strong organizational, communication, and consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, technical expertise, leadership, financial management, and risk mitigation. He excels in managing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations, while mentoring and guiding teams to deliver exceptional results.
